Refund policy

Cancel at least 48 hours before delivery or collection for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable.

Changes to quantities or items can be requested up to 24 hours before delivery or collection. We'll do our best to make them, depending on what's available and what we've already started preparing.

For large orders, we'll agree cancellation and change deadlines with you when you order.

If something isn't right on the day, email catering@ikigroup.com.au and we'll sort it out.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
