Terms of service

Orders: confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we can't fulfil it.

Prices: in Australian dollars and include any taxes that apply. Prices can change, but not on an order you've already placed.

Food and allergies: at IKI, we prepare every dish with care and attention. However, as our kitchen handles common allergens, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely allergen free. Please tell our team about any dietary needs before you order, at catering@ikigroup.com.au, and we will do our best to help.

Pickup and delivery: please have someone there to receive deliveries.

Food safety: our sushi and IKI Pops are made fresh and some contain raw fish. Keep it in the fridge below 5°C as soon as you receive it, and eat it the same day. Don't leave it out at room temperature, and don't freeze it. Raw fish isn't recommended for pregnant women or young children.
